We’re looking for a bioinformatician / computational biologist to join an exciting postdoctoral project in microbiome proteomics at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin (ImmunoPreCept Cluster of Excellence). Work with large-scale metagenomics and metaproteomics datasets to explore how microbial (and fungal) communities influence immune responses and disease outcomes—combining data science, systems biology, and translational research.
