Our research group possesses extensive expertise in developing innovative chromatographic methods for the characterization of a wide range of biopharmaceutical products, which are highly popular today in the pharmaceutical industry. These include mAbs, ADCs, bispecific antibodies, oligonucleotides (ASO, SiRNA), oligonucleotide-mAb conjugates, gene therapy products (AAVs), and mRNA vaccines. The objective of the postdoctoral position is to integrate these advanced chromatographic techniques with high-resolution mass spectrometry (QqTOF/MS) to identify synthesis-related impurities, degradation products, post-translational modifications. The postdoc will be expected to both collaborate with PhD students and other postdocs on specific biopharmaceutical research challenges requiring MS analysis, while also developing independent research lines in the field of LC-MS applied to large biomolecules. Project samples will be sourced through collaborations with industrial partners. The work will involve a balanced combination of theoretical investigation and practical application.
